Le Concentré de MONIN is less sweet than the syrup range. This reduced sugary rate varies depending on the flavours of the range, that are built on 3 basis: tea, citrus or coffee. The main objective of these concentrates is to reproduce a fresh ingredient, allowing less manipulation and as much authenticity.
Preparation Tips:

Use as a convenient, consistent substitute for fresh lime juice in any cocktail. Shake 15ml into a Margarita or Mojito for a perfectly balanced lime hit.
Method:

Use 15–20ml per cocktail as a direct lime juice substitute. No dilution needed.
