Preparation Tips:

Perfect in a Yuzu Margarita — smooth, sweet and sour. Also excellent in a Yuzu Sake Spritz or as a citrus twist in a classic Sour cocktail.
Method:

Use 1 part purée to 5–8 parts of your chosen application. Blend, shake or stir. Adjust to taste.
