A classic Daiquiri is a celebration of balance and simplicity — the crispness of fresh lime juice, the subtle sweetness of sugar, and the smooth warmth of rum come together to create a refreshing and sophisticated drink. Le Mixeur de MONIN Daiquiri captures this perfect balance.
Preparation Tips:

Shake 100ml with 40ml white rum and ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Also excellent frozen.
Method:

Pour into a shaker or blender with your spirit and ice. Shake or blend well and serve. No juicing, no measuring — just great cocktails, serve after serve.
