Le Concentré de MONIN is less sweet than the syrup range. This reduced sugary rate varies depending on the flavours of the range, that are built on 3 basis: tea, citrus or coffee. The main objective of these concentrates is to reproduce a fresh ingredient, allowing less manipulation and as much authenticity.
Preparation Tips:

Dilute 1 part concentrate with 6–8 parts still or sparkling water over ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint for an authentic iced lemon tea.
Method:

Dilute 1 part concentrate to 6–8 parts water or application. Serve over ice. Adjust to taste.
