Le Frappé de MONIN is specially designed to complement the entire MONIN flavourings range to create a perfectly balanced drink. Incredibly easy to use, it's ideal for unlimited indulgent applications in a few seconds.
Preparation Tips:

Blend with fresh fruit and MONIN fruit syrups for a yogurt-style frozen drink. Works in blender, granita and soft serve machines.
Method:

Blend 2 scoops (approx. 60g) with 200ml cold milk and ice until smooth. Best paired with fruit syrups or purées.
