Roasted in Naples, Italy since 1963, Kimbo brings three generations of Neapolitan roasting tradition to your home. Blended and roasted by the Rubino family using traditional Neapolitan master roasting techniques, every bag delivers the authentic character of true Italian coffee. Grind fresh before brewing for the fullest aroma and a rich, lasting crema.

How to make?

Recommended preparation:

Grind fresh just before brewing using a burr grinder. For espresso use a fine grind, 7 to 9g per shot, tamped firmly, extracted 25 to 30 seconds at 90 to 95C. For moka pot use a medium-fine grind, filling the basket level without tamping. Adjust grind size to taste, finer for stronger and coarser for milder.
