French Bloom was founded in Paris in 2021 by Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski, who set out to create a sparkling wine worth celebrating with that happened to contain no alcohol at all. Organic French wines are gently dealcoholized to 0.0% and rebalanced with French sparkling Gensac spring water, organic grape juice and organic lemon. The result is now poured in over 500 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide and has been named World's Best Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine at the World Sparkling Wine Awards. Certified organic, vegan and Halal, with no sulfites, no preservatives and no added sugar.
Method:
Serve well chilled at 2 to 4 degrees Celsius in a flute or wine glass. Once opened, reseal with a sparkling wine stopper and refrigerate to preserve the bubbles and aromas for up to 48 hours.
