Founded in London in 1971 by the Costa brothers, Costa Coffee has grown from a small roastery into one of the world's most loved coffee houses. Every bean is slow roasted for a minimum of 18 minutes to preserve its full flavour, rich aroma and smooth taste. Rainforest Alliance Certified, supporting sustainable farming and the communities behind every cup.

How to make?

Recommended preparation:

Grind fresh just before brewing using a burr grinder. For espresso use a fine grind, 7 to 9g per shot, tamped firmly, extracted 25 to 30 seconds at 90 to 95C. For bean-to-cup machines pour the beans straight into the hopper. For French press or filter use a coarser grind and adjust to taste.
