A perfectly balanced mix of South American Arabica and intense Asian Robusta. The dark roast gives this blend real character. Brewed as an espresso it reveals dark chocolate with a hint of orange zest, and with milk it softens into caramel and nuts, making it ideal for lattes and cappuccinos.

Every bean is slow roasted for a minimum of 18 minutes to preserve its full flavour, rich aroma and smooth taste. How to make?

Recommended preparation:

Grind fresh just before brewing using a burr grinder. For espresso use a fine grind, 7 to 9g per shot, tamped firmly, extracted 25 to 30 seconds at 90 to 95C. For bean-to-cup machines pour the beans straight into the hopper. For French press or filter use a coarser grind and adjust to taste.
